Terms & Conditions for Hop On Hop Off Ferry Services
1. Tickets are only valid for the selected date and route at the time of purchase.
2. The first ferry departs at 8:30 AM and operates until the last scheduled departure.
3. Each passenger must carry their ticket, which will be checked by ferry personnel.
4. Tickets will be verified at each stop along the Hop On and Hop Off route: Hanuman Mandir Ghat, Kamakhya Temple Winch Point, Pandunath Mandir, Shri Shri Aswaklanta Temple, Doul Govinda Mandir, Umananda Temple, and Hanuman Mandir Ghat.
5. Cancellations must be made by 12 AM the day before departure to be eligible for a refund.
6. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of service.
7. Full refunds will be issued if the service is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
8. The company reserves the right to modify schedules or routes without prior notice.
9. Passengers are responsible for the safety and care of their personal belongings.
10. The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors.
11. Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided during the journey.
